About these terms
These terms apply to anyone using the iJournalPro website or platform. Prices, service levels and other commercial details for each customer are set out in that customer's order or service agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
Using the platform
Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Please do not:
- Access systems or data you are not authorised to use
- Disrupt the service or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission
- Upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights
Your content
Journals, authors and reviewers keep all rights to what they upload. We use it only to host, process and back up the service. Each journal decides what it publishes and under which licence. The platform itself, its software and design belong to iJournalPro.
Third-party services
Some features use external services such as Crossref, iThenticate and ORCID. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
Liability
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
